RETURNS

All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and there will be no returns after 30 days from receipt of product. There will be no returns on Avery stripes and graphics as these are considered custom ordered material. The nature of our product requires this as our customers choose a custom color out of many colors available. There will be no exceptions.

Returns will be accepted on 3M stripes and graphics(considered in stock items) only, that are unopened, unused and in original packaging that is in 100% damage free, resalable condition. A custom kit removed from the box and unrolled is considered a used item and is non returnable and non refundable. We have received many returns where the customer guaranteed the kit was unused only to receive a kit that is bent and crimped when repackaged and in no way resalable.

There will be NO RETURNS on Avery materials as these are not considered normal stock and many times material is custom cut to produce your order. We keep basic Avery colors in stock but we'd like you to be aware of a 1 to 4 week wait for your order to be fulfilled on many of these custom colors. If there will be a wait you will receive an email at the email address provided at your time of checkout.

You will be responsible for the return shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable and if you received free shipping on your initial order and are returning it, your refund will be the cost of the original item/items minus the 20% restock fee.

NOTE: If you are not absolutely sure on the color, shade or finish of the stripes you want for your vehicle, we urge you to take advantage of our custom color chart. It contains actual material samples of all colors, so there is no room for error and no disappointments in getting stuck with a custom stripe kit in a color you do not like. Colors look different on all devices. If you look at the same 100 photos on 100 different computer screens you will see 100 different variations of color on the same item. Some customers chance it and are happy but there is no guarantee you will receive the color you are anticipating without our custom color chart HERE. Wood grain color samples may be purchased HERE. We do not accept returns of color charts or woodgrain sample kits.

 

NOTE: ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect it and upon approval of the condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

RATES

 *Free shipping is 5 - 9 business days for the continental US. Need it quicker? Our shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process BEFORE payment is made.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to our large volume of orders, most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. International orders are normally shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. Most orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Some items such as woodgrain that are made to order may take additional lead time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

*Please use the information below to choose which shipping option is right for you. All domestic shipping occurs on *BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) only, unless otherwise specified. 

Although shipping times vary based on product availability, custom cut and printed items, final destination and shipping method chosen, most packages arrive within 3-7 *business days of leaving our facility. UPS 2-Day, 3-Day and Next Day Air shipping and USPS EXPRESS Mail is also offered but does not guarantee that your order will leave our facility the same day as ordered. If you have questions as to the time of shipping for your product(s) please give us a call 904-527-3955. 

NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so any order with a PO Box as the shipping address will be changed to the corresponding shipping method offered by USPS. Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping is also offered but does not guarantee that your order will leave our facility the same day as ordered.


SHIPPING METHOD:

       Free Shipping - 5-9 *Business Days- Domestic US Orders Only using shipper of our choice (Usually USPS First Class) based on your location. (Business days are Monday through Friday as we are closed on the weekends.) Example: If you order on Sunday the 6th of the month and your order is processed when we come in Monday the 7th, and you receive it on the 9th business day, you would receive your order on Friday the 18th of the month. Most packages do not take the full amount of time but on occasion they do depending on the work load. This is the way we have chosen to fulfill orders so we can offer free shipping to our customers and spread the load over time if needed.        USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 *Business Days anywhere in the US. (We may change to UPS ground shipping if our cost is similar and the package will arrive faster to the customer.

       USPS EXPRESS Mail - 1 to 2 *Business Days in the US.

       UPS Ground - Up to 6 *Business Days depending on your location. (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.)

       UPS Next Day Air-  Have your package delivered on the next *business day. (Does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.)

Same-day shipping is not guaranteed on any of the shipping options we offer. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving them. (International orders are processed within 4 business days.) As we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, any orders placed after hours on Friday will not be received until the following business day.

UPS SHIPPING:

 All UPS shipping occurs on *BUSINESS days only (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise specified. 

Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 2 *business days to process before shipping. (3-4 business days for International orders.) Please call 904-527-3955 for assistance or email info@stripeman.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Only UPS orders are expedited for same day shipments whenever possible. Please be sure to provide a phone number and/or email address that we can use to contact you in case of delays (such as invalid billing information, invalid or incorrect address, item availability, etc).

 PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so any order with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be changed to the closest corresponding shipping option with USPS. 

 

 SHIPPING RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 1-2 business day period for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by phone and/or email.
  • If you have multiple items in your order, and anything is on back-order we will notify you immediately.
  • Stripeman.com Free Shipping offer is applicable to orders in the US only.
  • If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address for all packages over $200 USD.

  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

  • Please note that we ONLY accept credit cards issued in the United States, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and Australia. If you pay by credit card, we MUST be able to verify the transaction via our merchant bank. If there are any discrepancies, we reserve the right to require a PayPal payment instead.

 

TRACKING AN ORDER:

 

  • Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked online at USPS.com. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online at ups.com. Packages shipped via USPS may have limited tracking information before arrival at postal sorting stations. Status may only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" at some points. Notes will say: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package has been assigned a shipping label and is currently being processed.

  • Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping service that you selected. Please note that this includes UPS and USPS.

  • Some shipment methods offer limited tracking information that is only updated upon delivery. Status will only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" in the meantime. Notes will say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package has been assigned a shipping label and is currently being processed

  • If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed. (See below.)

    This will require:

    1. Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received).

    2. By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.

    3. Stripeman.com requires this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim. 

      Postal fraud is a serious crime and Stripeman.com is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:

  • Signature Confirmation is required if your order total exceeds $200 or if your order is shipping to a different address than your billing address.

*Business Days- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. If you need a package quickly please choose Priority Mail or faster as our FREE SHIPPING can take up to 9 full *business days in transit and does not always include tracking. PLEASE NOTE:
 
If we ship a package and it is returned to us by the shipping company for any reason (Incomplete Address, Unclaimed, No Mail Receptacle, etc) we cannot refund the shipping amount originally paid. If you wish to have the package re-shipped, we require payment for the second shipping attempt. If you wish to have a returned order refunded, we will be happy to refund the original amount, less shipping, as the shipping process will have been carried out regardless of delivery outcome.
