Payment: All orders are shipped, prepaid, or invoice for approved commercial accounts. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards as well as Money Order are accepted for payment.

Minimums: Stripeman.com has no minimum order amount but may offer discounts on orders meeting certain dollar amounts.

Freight: All items shipped via customers choice of USPS or UPS unless special arrangements have been made.

Claims: Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt for damage or errors in shipment. Damage claims must be reported immediately to Stripeman.com upon arrival. If noticeable damage is detected upon delivery, report damage to delivery personnel. All damaged product and shipping materials must remain intact for carrier inspection. Do not ship product back to Stripeman Graphix until notified to do so. Returning product and / or disposing of materials prior to inspection and / or authorization will void the damage claim. Stripeman Graphix, Inc. will not be responsible for claims carried out improperly. Shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to Stripeman Graphix within 10 days. Returns: All sales are final on custom cut graphics and decals. Any return must be made within 10 days of receipt. Customer is to prepay freight on authorized returns and will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Contact Stripeman.com with questions regarding returns.

Warranty: Since types of applications and conditions vary under which pressure sensitive vinyl is used, we cannot warrant results for use of this merchandise beyond the cost of replacement of unusable stock. No representation other than this is authorized by Stripeman Graphix, Inc.
