WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


Due to our large volume of orders, most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9 - 5 EST. Orders placed on Friday after noon will begin processing Monday morning. Some items such as custom lettering, decals and woodgrain that are made to order may take additional lead time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?


*Please use the information below to choose which shipping option is right for you. All domestic shipping occurs on *BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) only, unless otherwise specified. 


Although shipping times vary based on product availability, custom cut and printed items, final destination and shipping method chosen, most packages arrive within 2- 7 business days of leaving our facility.  Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping is also offered but does not guarantee that your order will leave our facility the same day as ordered. Most roll striping ordered by 11:00 am EST will ship out the same day. Custom cut and printed orders made by 11:00 am EST normaly ship the next business day. NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so any order with a PO Box as the shipping address will be changed to the corresponding shipping method offered by USPS.  Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping is also offered but does not guarantee that your order will leave our facility the same day as ordered. SHIPPING METHOD:

       Free Shipping - 5-9 *Business Days - Domestic US Orders Only using shipper of our choice based on your location. *Business days are Monday through Friday as we are closed on the weekends. If you order on Sunday the 6th of the month and your order is processed when we come in Monday the 7th and you receive it on the 9th business day you would receive your order on Friday the 18th of the month. Most packages do not take the full amount of time but on occasion they do depending on the work load. This is the way we have chosen to fulfill orders so we can offer free shipping to our customers and spread the load over time if needed.        *USPS Priority Mail - 2- 4 *Business Days anywhere in the US.* Most popular, low cost shipping chosen by most of our customers.

       UPS Ground - 1- 6 Business Days(business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays unless Saturday delivery is chosen) depending on your location.

       UPS Next Day Air-  Have your package delivered next business day by 10:30 am.

UPS SHIPPING:

 All UPS shipping occurs on *BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) only unless otherwise specified. 

Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-952-9688 or email info@stripeman.com and include your order number in the subject line.

 UPS orders are expedited for same day shipments whenever possible. Please be sure to provide a phone number and/or email address that we can use to contact you in case of delays (such as invalid billing information, invalid or incorrect address, item availability, etc).

 PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so any order with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be changed to the closest corresponding shipping option with USPS. 

 

 SHIPPING RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by phone and/or email.
  • If you have multiple items in your order, and anything is on back-order we will notify you immediately.
  • Stripeman Graphix Free Shipping offer is applicable to all orders in the US only.
  • If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address for all packages over $200 USD.

  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

  • Please note that we ONLY accept credit cards issued in the United States, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and Australia. If you pay by credit card, we MUST be able to verify the transaction via our merchant bank. If there are any discrepancies, we reserve the right to require a PayPal payment instead.

 

TRACKING AN ORDER:

 

  • Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked online at the usps.com . Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked online at ups.com .Packages shipped via USPS may have limited tracking information before arrival at postal sorting stations. Status may only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" at some points. Notes will say: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package has been assigned a shipping label and is currently being processed.

  • Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping service that you selected. Please note that this includes UPS and USPS.

  • Some shipment methods offer limited tracking information that is only updated upon delivery. Status will only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" in the meantime. Notes will say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package has been assigned a shipping label and is currently being processed

  • If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed.

    This will require:

    1. Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received).

    2. By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.

    3. Stripeman Graphix, Inc. requires this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim. 

      Postal fraud is a serious crime and Stripeman Graphix, Inc. is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:

  • Signature Confirmation is required if your order total exceeds $200 or if your order is shipping to a different address than your billing address.
