Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

You may return/exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 15% restock fee with a maximum of $25 USD. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (Ex: you received an incorrect item; your item is defective, etc.) Also, shipping charges will not be refunded. All items must be in brand new condition in order to qualify for return/exchange (unless there is damage as a result of our error).

 

NOTE: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our Woodgrain Sample Kits or our Stripe and Graphic Color Charts.


You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases however, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you
of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note: All Graphic Kits are custom cut to order and non returnable and non refundable. We precisely measure and layout our graphic kits when in the design process so as to have a perfect fit on the vehicle during installation. All kits must be taped in place to insure proper placement. Note: This is a DIY project and we provide top of the line, highest quality, high performance graphic films for our graphic kits. Once installation has begun there are no refunds and/or exchanges. If you happen to damage a piece of material during installation we will do our best to offer a discount for the replacement part/parts.
