Should I wax my car before I put my Stripeman.com auto graphics on?
No, in fact, when prepping the surface for graphic installation, it is recommended to remove the wax with alcohol. If you are applying graphics for the short term, you can clean with a simple soap and water solution. Before installing your pinstripes and graphics, when you think it's clean, clean one more time for safe measure. Wax build up is the number one failure of a perfect auto stripes install.
I just put a decal on my car and now it looks like it's going to rain. Is this going to ruin my auto graphics?
We get this question a lot. The material used on our auto decals and the adhesive used for application are both very waterproof. Let it pour on those decals! It isn't going to ruin them at all.
